FoY Foundation Inc is a Nonprofit  509(a)2 public charity/ 501c(3) verified entity located in the State of South Dakota.  The office is located at 429 Kansas City St. Suite 2 & 16 Rapid City.  The location offers forms to Cancer Patients needed their rent or mortgage paid undergoing a major invasive surgery keeping the patient from working 6,9,12 weeks.
